How Does Time Line TherapyTM Work?
A Time Line TherapyTM session is done with a trained TLT practitioner. You do not need to talk through every painful detail of your past. In fact, that is one of the things people appreciate most about this approach.
The practitioner takes you through a guided process where you connect with your timeline, locate the root event behind a specific emotion, and release the negative charge attached to it. You do this from a safe, detached perspective. You are the observer, not the victim.
Once the root is released, all the negative emotions connected to that root on your timeline release too and realign themselves for the future as well. It is like pulling a weed out from the roots, rather than just cutting the top off and watching it grow back.
